Intent:

At Great Malvern, we have developed a curriculum that inspires children to be innovative and creative thinkers who have the confidence to take risks, whilst learning new skills, using a range of equipment within a safe environment. We want to maximise pupils’ enjoyment by meeting children’s needs and interests through creative and motivating products that solve real and relevant problems, within a range of contexts. They will develop an understanding and awareness of the impact design and technology has on daily life and the wider world, whilst developing their aspirations and understanding regardless of ethnic origin, gender, class or disability.
