Welcome to Great Malvern Primary School
 

Our website is designed to keep parents informed of developments in school and to act as an introduction to new families who may be thinking of joining us.

 

Our school is located within sight of the beautiful Malvern Hills and serves the Pickersleigh and Poolbrook community.

We converted to academy status in August 2011 and became one of the founding schools of Mercian Educational Trust in November 2015, which means we have more freedom to really engage children and develop their potential further.

 

We are proud of our inclusive ethos and value all members of our school. We aim to give our children a good start in life by ensuring they receive a great education and have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of experiences.

 

We have many experts visit us including chefs, artists, sports instructors and historians. We visit many venues, castles, farms and outdoor adventure centres including residential stays.

 

The school gets involved in local projects and sporting events and pride ourselves on our sports achievements throughout the county.
