• Y2&3 Porthcawl Trip - postponed

  Thursday's trip to Porthcawl has been postponed because of the awful weather forcast. There is no fun for anyone spending the day in the driving rain at the sea side.
  The trip will now take place next Thursday 26th Septemebr. All arrangements remain the same.

• Industrial Action by Some Teaching Staff

  Members of the NUT & NASUWT Teaching unions have ballotted for a one day strike on Tuesday 1st October.
  At this point in time some classes will be affected and will be closed for the day. The school is claryfing the position and will let you know by next week so you can arrange suitable alternative child care arrangements if needed.
  It is illegal for the school to arrange alternative teacher cover should the class teacher not be in school.
